Each WPHost service plan is designed and optimised for specific use cases. Please read the following before purchasing:
WordPress Hosting — Important Compatibility Notice: Our WordPress hosting plans are configured and optimised exclusively for WordPress-based websites. If you require hosting for plain HTML/CSS sites, PHP framework applications (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.), Node.js applications, or any other non-WordPress platform, our WordPress hosting plans are not the correct product for your needs.
Email Hosting: Business email plans provide professional addresses (e.g., you@yourcompany.co.zw). Email hosting can be used independently of any hosting plan.
Web Design & Development: Design projects are governed by a separate project agreement issued at engagement. Timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones are set out in that agreement.
If you are unsure which service fits your needs, contact us before purchasing — our team is happy to advise.
Accepted Payment Methods: MasterCard, PayPal, and EcoCash. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at purchase. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You may cancel renewal at any time via your client portal before your next billing date.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Conditions Apply
Refund Processing Charges: Approved refunds are returned net of transaction processing fees. For example: if a transaction incurs a $0.02 processing cost, you will receive $0.98 back from a $1.00 refund. The exact deduction depends on the payment method used. We will always inform you of the net refund amount before processing.
